BUSINESS: Can I trademark my breweries beers?

HELL YEAH YOU CAN! If you haven’t already filed for a trademark for your brewery/brewing company lets start there first. If you have already filed for your brewing then snaps to you!

Do you have a flagship brew, seasonal brew, year-round brew and you want to LOCK IT DOWN aka make sure when word spreads (and it will lets be honest, everyone is tagging your business aka brand aka brewery because you knocked this beer out of the park), some other brewing company will see it and say “hey sweet name, we want to create our own HOP IT TO YA.” Will it be the same as yours? Of course not. But that name is already known to be from your brand your brewery. No need to have this inferior beer confused with yours with the name so let’s get started protecting. Any questions?
